Responsibilities includes:

  • General Administration
  • Switchboard and reception
  • Liaising with colleagues, clients and relevant role-players
  • Rendering support in terms of marketing and fundraising

Job requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric (qualification in administration would be beneficial or an advantage).
  • Relevant experience in administration
  • Computer proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excell, Outlook, Access and Powerpoint)
  • Time Management and Multitasking
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
  • Professionalism, a helpful and friendly attitude
  • Verbal and written communication is of utmost importance
  • Be fluant in Afrikaans and English
